Please keep in mind that grooming takes time, and the duration can vary depending on your dog’s coat, size, temperament, and the number of pets scheduled that day. A single groomer may be working with several pups, each needing different levels of care and cooperation. We kindly ask that you avoid calling multiple times to check on your pet’s progress, as frequent interruptions can actually slow down the grooming process. Rest assured, we’ll give you a call as soon as your pup is ready for pickup.

Grooming Time & Patience Policy

Because each service involves time, skill, and individualized care, we do not offer refunds once a grooming service has been completed. Clients are asked to review their pet’s groom at pickup and sign acknowledging satisfaction at that time. If there’s ever something you’d like adjusted, we’re happy to help — simply contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we’ll gladly schedule a complimentary touch-up. After that window, a new appointment may be required.

Satisfaction Policy

At Luxe Pup Studio, we pride ourselves on providing every pup with a calm, one-on-one grooming experience from start to finish. To keep our days running smoothly, we typically schedule morning drop-offs between 9:00 and 10:00 AM, and we groom in the order pets arrive. We do accept walk-ins when the day allows — just give us a quick call to check availability before heading over. Our posted hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, but please note that our closing time can vary depending on the day’s schedule.
